Fitness with Bouba

 

 

 

Today I've had my first day with industrial cleaning.. damn it's hard on the body and soul.. 

I've worked yesterday a few hours in the evening and then we just took some beer and hot dogs and enjoyed each others company at the hotel(Me, PJ and Linus)  Today we have cleaned, carried, and almost got trapped with gas and some strange fluid around us.. really bad!  

 

I have great respect to these guys who do this on a daily basis!  

12 hours and 30 minutes later I have sore feet and hungry as hell, and I feel so damn tired.. 

Gaah, need to stop complaining.. sry guys!    

Just wanted to get that out of my system.. 

 

Now I'm at the hotel rum and gonna try to get some sleep because tomorrow I'm gonna try to go up 05:00 to hit the gym..  maybe I need to go up 04:45 .. yeah probably .. :/ 

 

So I need the sleep...
