Hi guys!
 
 
Wanna tell you guys about my yesterday.. 
 
 
Worked out, 2-3 times. First gym, started with back, shoulders(rehab)  and then some leg.
After that, I went to the city and did some chest exercises, and also some shoulders (rehab) 
My third workout was that I bicycle around the city for at least 2 miles yesterday!  Can feel it in my legs today!  Love that soreness! :) 
 
I'm right now packing for a week in my hometown Piteå, where I'm gonna work with some industrial cleaning.. 
Hard work, long days.. but hopefully some good money!   
The hardest part is that... I don't wanna leave town, miss out on training, people and yeah it really sucks when you just wanna be close to someone.. 
 
But I need this and hopefully this weekend/week is over in a heartbeat! 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
I need to pack a few things now and make my-self some breakfast and maybe guys.. I have time for a workout!
