Hey guys!
Finally I have weekend and free from work. Now i can focus some on my apartment and the training. I also need to finish some training-program to some friends!

Today i've trained 2 times and I've managed to do almost 5 reps on 60kg bardip! Felt good! :) even if I've eaten really bad today .. Okey maybe not bad , but to little! So going home now to eat some, and then I'm going to watch a floorball game at Iksu! :)

Next week I'll start my new training schedule! Looking forward to that!
Maybe post parts of it here on the blog!

To keep up your motivation guys i'll try to throw up more pictures on my progress!
