I great evening in the woods!

Hi guys! 
 
I'm back after a trip to the woods with my work colleagues.  
Of course we ate real good food and a lot of other stuff like candy, chips, cheese balls. 
Not the best night for my stomach..
My philosophy is like this. If you're training for something, then keep up the discipline and eat clean! 
When you're not... then after a while you deserve things like these ! :) 
 
 
If we look to the week that is coming  up, my schedule will be a lot of training and gonna try do be real good with the food schedule, I don't have problems with the clean eating part. My biggest challenge is to eat more carbs and more calories . 
So I'm gonna try to keep that up this week. 
 
Otherwise this week will be real fun. Gonna make my workout schedule for this week tonight, and also looking for some recipes and also post them here.
Also gonna try to put up some videoclips with a few great exercises that I'm using , depending what part I'm working out. So hopefully you all will enjoy that and try them out!  :)
Feel a little bit sour in the body today after yesterdays workout!  
And i really love that feeling, so Great thanks to Johanna and here friend who made this leg-exercises :) 
 
 
That's all for now guys. Gonna eat some now and then hit the gym! :) 
 
Gonna work my back and abs today. Feel that they need some attention  ;)
