Not the best workout ..

Today's workout at the gym was back/tricep.
Wasn't my best workout.. But still, felt good to do 4x12 on 40 kg bardips! Now I at least know what I need to be pushing.. A lots of dips and tricep! Need to get bigger arms! :)

This evening me and some friends gonna make some funny things too a lot of students around Umeå ! :D
