When goals are set, stick to the plan!

Hi guys!

Just gonna be breif..
If you set a goal, and start working out..

A good plan is to write down everything you do.. Maybe not everything, but at least how the training is going, how you feel, what you eat, weight , height.. Messure things like you weist and bicep or legs.. Whatever suits you!

Because when you come to that point, when you feel like it's not working.. (week two or later on )
Look back in your notes, see how far you've come!

And another thing guys.
When you workout alone.. Like I do.
Try to find the motivation elsewere then you're partner dragging your ass to the gym everytime!

Take pictures on your-self to se the progress! These are a few pointers for you guys when you start up your training!

Hope you all find the strength to keep up your training! The results are closer then you think!




(I'll hope this give you guy's some motivation to keep going.. because this could be you guys if you all keep going!)

 

 

 

Busy days..

Hi guys! 
 
Today I have workout  my chest!  It felt sooo great to pump the shit out of them! :) 
 
Sittin home now and preparing for the final in our football division!  Just wanna get on with it!  I'm very psyched! 
 
Hope you all have had a great day and probably you all have exercised today ? If not , give yourself the energy to at least do some push ups/sit-ups while you sittin in the sofa or at least go out in the fresh air and walk yourself's of for 30 min, get some fresh air!  Would be good for you guys! :) 
If you have exercised, then give yourself's a high five from me and prepare for tomorrows workout. Because tomorrow I'm gonna row for 20 min, and then I'll try to workout some legs!  :) 
 
Gonna eat some kesella and funlight strawberry before my game!

Just wanna exercise!

Hi guys!

Today i'm working 10 hours! It's not as fun as training..

Been rowing before work, high intense.. 1 min row, 1 min rest, 1 min row .. And so on! After that I ran a little bit.. And ended up doing some gym, mostly ab-workout!

Thinkin of going down at the gym at lunch..:) Can't hold myself! Love it there, and have so much energi when I'm there!

gonna be brief..
 
I'm feeling exhausted after being at the gym 2 hours and after that, eat something and directly headed to a football(soccer) game.  Our team did well and we're in the final in our division now so feels great!  
Also felt great to score 2 goals and one of them on a  free kick far away from goal!  :) 
 
Gonna go to sleep now so I can manage to get up 7 a clock tomorrow and workout!  
I'm gonna do some high intense exercise with some rowing and running high-hill running.
 
Also want to thank all you guys who follow my blog and for those who don't know I'm also on Instagram , my name there is  Boubafitness (yes way! ;) )

Good morning guys! 
 
Haven't slept many hours this night. Still I'm up and washing my clothes and now before breakfast I'm gonna try to take  a 45 min Power walk. 
 
Today I'm gonna workout the shoulders/back/cardio!  :)
Been looking forward to this workout for a few days!  Love to get stronger in shoulders and to get more of an Bane-Stylish Neck! ;) 
 
Need to get out there so... just wanna give you a great quote before I'm heading out!

Monday.. done!

Hi guys!

I will be very brief...
This day have had it's ups and downs.
Just wanna thank all my friends for being there for me and it was nice to do today's workout with a good friend that I haven't seen for a long time. A great chest/bicep workout :)

4 x Bench
5 x Dumbbell Flyes
5 x cable crossovers .
4 x Ez bar curls
4 x curls (with and without incline) when done, take a 15 -20 kg and do curls with the weight until you can't hold them...


After that I rowed high intense 1 min.. x 5 and after that I ran high hill intense for 30 s and walk in between. for 10 min.
It's the best feeling when you're sweat soo much!

I'm gonna try to drain my body from some fluid 3 days and forward for a photo shoot! :)

Tell you more about that tomorrow!

Hi guys! 
 
Just gonna talk a little about motivation. 
 
Had a few friends ask me about what motivates me. 
 
For me it's quite easy, I'm very driven as a person, and I have always exercised in different ways. 
But if we look back a few months I'm become more and more driven towards fitness, health , anatomy and things like that. 
I think it's because as a person I'm so driven that when I put my mind into something, I wanna go all the way!  Nothing can stop me. Not a injury, a certain person .. no not anything. I will reach that goal. 
So if your not like that It could be hard. 
 
The key to reach that state is the mind.. So as you workout and do your exercises. You all need to train and exercise the brain and your self mentally to. Because if you don't, your goals is so further away then your think it is. 
 
I'm gonna post a link here that is so motivating for me, I'll hope it is for you guys to. 
Some of you have already seen it, it's okey.. see it again. Until It hits you!  
 
 
 
 
The mind, and the mental state marks your point in the training. It gives you "the extra power" that you need.
for example, when you put up some goals.. try not to put up just ONE goal.. like I'm gonna loose 10 kg. 
 
Put up some part-goals, like in one month I'm gonna loose 3 kg's and 3 cm waist. 
and so on and so on.  It's easier to motivate your-self when you reach 3-5 goals instead of not reaching any goal or maybe one. 
And write things down. Like if you take this for an example.  To reach 20 kg loss  in 6 month's . write down things you do/feel/done.
 
"today i feel weak , I'm cranky all the time, I'm hungry. The workout was bad, I only manage to run 1 km..." 
And then when you look back after 2 month's when you're motivation is wobbling , you'll see how far you've come.  "  oh my god, I only ran 1 km back then ?  today I ran 4 km's and it felt great ! I don't have the problem with cranky-ness anymore...  and so on.. you se were I'm going with this ? :) 
Try it, I'll promise it will help you a lot !  :) 
 
Another thing.. 
I've been reading a book a good friend lent me. Try reading it!  It open your eyes so much!  The book will give you the possibilities to open your mind for new things and giving you the needs for open new doors in your training and also in life.

there you have it guys, read that. You don't need to do everything the books says. But i promise you, it will open your eyes at least a little bit!  For me it opened up big time!  
 
Enough about that. Sorry if I'm a little away and speak about all kind of things. I'm really tired and I'll soon gonna go to bed for some rest.

I great evening in the woods!

Hi guys! 
 
I'm back after a trip to the woods with my work colleagues.  
Of course we ate real good food and a lot of other stuff like candy, chips, cheese balls. 
Not the best night for my stomach..
My philosophy is like this. If you're training for something, then keep up the discipline and eat clean! 
When you're not... then after a while you deserve things like these ! :) 
 
 
If we look to the week that is coming  up, my schedule will be a lot of training and gonna try do be real good with the food schedule, I don't have problems with the clean eating part. My biggest challenge is to eat more carbs and more calories . 
So I'm gonna try to keep that up this week. 
 
Otherwise this week will be real fun. Gonna make my workout schedule for this week tonight, and also looking for some recipes and also post them here.
Also gonna try to put up some videoclips with a few great exercises that I'm using , depending what part I'm working out. So hopefully you all will enjoy that and try them out!  :)
Feel a little bit sour in the body today after yesterdays workout!  
And i really love that feeling, so Great thanks to Johanna and here friend who made this leg-exercises :) 
 
 
That's all for now guys. Gonna eat some now and then hit the gym! :)

Recovery..

Hey guys!
 
Todays workout was okey.. Felt good to pressure the legs! This is one of my weaknesses, legs.. Because of my history with football, wrestling and inlines i always had "big" and strong legs.
But lately I have felt that I always wanted "smaller" legs and haven't trained them as much as I supposed to do when I train for a fitness lifestyle.
 
But from now on i will go for it, I will workout legs 2 times a week! One weakness I'll also have is my recovery. Want to workout sooo much and don't wan't any rest. And like yesterday when a few friends came over for Xbox night, we played until 4 in the morning.. NOT good , especially when I'm going to workout at 09:30 in the morning.. But hey, this ones I can take it.
 
I'm gonna try to recover more and put some structure on my schedule now. So i won't break down my muscles! Otherwise I'll like to thank you guys who follow me on the blog and Instagram! :) Don't hesitate to ask any kind of question that pop up in your mind ! :)
 
Now i need some food (protein) and then I'm going to pack a bag for tonights event with my work colleagues! Gonna be a GOOD night! :) Hope you all have a great saturday! :)

Hey guys!
Finally I have weekend and free from work. Now i can focus some on my apartment and the training. I also need to finish some training-program to some friends!

Today i've trained 2 times and I've managed to do almost 5 reps on 60kg bardip! Felt good! :) even if I've eaten really bad today .. Okey maybe not bad , but to little! So going home now to eat some, and then I'm going to watch a floorball game at Iksu! :)

Next week I'll start my new training schedule! Looking forward to that!
Maybe post parts of it here on the blog!

To keep up your motivation guys i'll try to throw up more pictures on my progress!

some things you can't effect..

Hey Guys! It's friday! Wohoo! :) Lied in bed this morning, thinking about things to come.. You need to believe in yourself guys. It's so important!
 
When you start loose yourself, take a step back and reflect over what went wrong. It could be that you lost yourself into training, work, love and so on. Still you need to take a good look on yourself and see what kind of person you wanna be, and what kind of person you've become. Because, when you affect yourself to be good, then you'll send those signals to others to.. 
 
"Be better than you were yesterday"
 
Keep focusing on your goals and dreams, and how you will make them into reality! Without goals and dreams you're life become plat/boring . I won't let myself be boring and especially not in this time of my life! Enough said of that. Now I'm going to workout! Todays first workout. I'm gonna workout my lower back/abs and hopefully I have time for some high intense running! :)

Freeezing!!

Hey guys!
Have been out for a while now! Just took a WARM shower, otherwise I've freezed too "death"! ;P

Guys , you know what, while we did some pranks these evening, I've found time for some exercise/workout! :D
"soo typical you Bouba, workout!" haha ..did some chins on a tree!  :D  Love my lifestyle and motivation at this moment! :)

You need some kind of exercise that motivate you guys.. Find a goal With your training, and then start to set some small goals on the way, to make the motivation keep burning!

Just ask.. About anything and I'll answer as fast I can! :)
Now I have some WARM clothes on too keep the heat up!

Believe in your-self guys, Because in the end its only you that can carrie your-self up!

Sleep tight , soon it's time for a new day and some more training!! :)

Not the best workout ..

Today's workout at the gym was back/tricep.
Wasn't my best workout.. But still, felt good to do 4x12 on 40 kg bardips! Now I at least know what I need to be pushing.. A lots of dips and tricep! Need to get bigger arms! :)

This evening me and some friends gonna make some funny things too a lot of students around Umeå ! :D

IKSU 2 hours workout!

I just came home from a 2 hours workout at IKSU.

Started out meeting up my good friend Johanna who I haven't met for several months!
So tnx for the good workout Johanna! :)

The workout was bicep/shoulders and a few back exercises!
After that I had to workout the chest area.. :) not the perfect workout schedule, But still, it felt good!

Now I'm trying to make a high protein/carbs meal to recover!

Just wanna say that it's nice too see that people visit the blog. About 200 unique visitors :)
