Just gonna talk a little about motivation.
Had a few friends ask me about what motivates me.
For me it's quite easy, I'm very driven as a person, and I have always exercised in different ways.
But if we look back a few months I'm become more and more driven towards fitness, health , anatomy and things like that.
I think it's because as a person I'm so driven that when I put my mind into something, I wanna go all the way! Nothing can stop me. Not a injury, a certain person .. no not anything. I will reach that goal.
So if your not like that It could be hard.
The key to reach that state is the mind.. So as you workout and do your exercises. You all need to train and exercise the brain and your self mentally to. Because if you don't, your goals is so further away then your think it is.
I'm gonna post a link here that is so motivating for me, I'll hope it is for you guys to.
Some of you have already seen it, it's okey.. see it again. Until It hits you!
The mind, and the mental state marks your point in the training. It gives you "the extra power" that you need.
for example, when you put up some goals.. try not to put up just ONE goal.. like I'm gonna loose 10 kg.
Put up some part-goals, like in one month I'm gonna loose 3 kg's and 3 cm waist.
and so on and so on. It's easier to motivate your-self when you reach 3-5 goals instead of not reaching any goal or maybe one.
And write things down. Like if you take this for an example. To reach 20 kg loss in 6 month's . write down things you do/feel/done.
"today i feel weak , I'm cranky all the time, I'm hungry. The workout was bad, I only manage to run 1 km..."
And then when you look back after 2 month's when you're motivation is wobbling , you'll see how far you've come. " oh my god, I only ran 1 km back then ? today I ran 4 km's and it felt great ! I don't have the problem with cranky-ness anymore... and so on.. you se were I'm going with this ? :)
Try it, I'll promise it will help you a lot ! :)
Another thing..
I've been reading a book a good friend lent me. Try reading it! It open your eyes so much! The book will give you the possibilities to open your mind for new things and giving you the needs for open new doors in your training and also in life.

there you have it guys, read that. You don't need to do everything the books says. But i promise you, it will open your eyes at least a little bit! For me it opened up big time!
Enough about that. Sorry if I'm a little away and speak about all kind of things. I'm really tired and I'll soon gonna go to bed for some rest.
